Brooklyn home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Brooklyn rose by $13,950 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 156 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,950 - a 14.5% increase over the $96,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Brooklyn in 2018.
