Cleveland home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Cleveland rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 6,971 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $34,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 7,069 homes sold in Cleveland in 2017.
