North Randall home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in North Randall rose by $12,900 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,900 - a 24.8% increase over the $52,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in North Randall in 2017.

The median sales tax in North Randall for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for 2018.
