South Euclid home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in South Euclid rose by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 599 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $78,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 638 homes sold in South Euclid in 2017.
