Highland Hills home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Highland Hills fell by $39,900 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 44.4% decrease over the $89,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Highland Hills in 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Highland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,950, approximately 5.9% of the median home sale price for 2017.
