Brooklyn home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Brooklyn rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 79.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $85,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Brooklyn in 2016.
