South Lebanon home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in South Lebanon rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 21% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in South Lebanon in 2018.
