Corwin home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Corwin fell by $34,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,500 - a 17.3% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Corwin in 2018.
