St. Clair home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in St. Clair rose by $5,450 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,900 - a 6.1% increase over the $89,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in St. Clair in 2018.
