Springboro home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Springboro rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 76.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 363 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $231,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 206 homes sold in Springboro in 2018.
