Five Points home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Five Points rose by $13,750 while total sales increased by 220%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,750 - a 3.9% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Five Points in 2018.
