Hanover Township home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Hanover Township rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 0.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 126 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,500 - a 9.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 125 homes sold in Hanover Township in 2018.
