Milford home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Milford rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 29.7% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Milford in 2018.
