Highland Hills home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Highland Hills fell by $44,175 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,375 - a 65.4% decrease over the $67,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Highland Hills in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Highland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,950, approximately 12.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
