Garfield Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Garfield Heights rose by $4,300 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 373 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,900 - a 7.3% increase over the $58,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 386 homes sold in Garfield Heights in the second half of 2018.
