North Randall home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in North Randall fell by $2,900 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,500 - a 4.1% decrease over the $71,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Randall in the second half of 2018.
