Bedford Heights home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Bedford Heights fell by $26,950 while total sales remained unchanged with 60 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 25.2% decrease over the $106,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Bedford Heights in the second half of 2018, as well.
