Oakwood home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Oakwood fell by $41,250 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,750 - a 30.3% decrease over the $136,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Oakwood in the second half of 2018.
