Parma Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Parma Heights rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 17.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 198 homes sold in Parma Heights in the second half of 2018.
