North Royalton home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in North Royalton fell by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 211 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 6.9% decrease over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in North Royalton in the second half of 2018.
