Walton Hills home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Walton Hills rose by $4,400 while total sales decreased by 51.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 2.3% increase over the $193,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Walton Hills in the second half of 2018.
