Strongsville home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Strongsville rose by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 323 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 369 homes sold in Strongsville in the second half of 2018.
