Mayfield home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Mayfield rose by $33,800 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,250 - a 15.9% increase over the $212,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Mayfield in the second half of 2018, as well.
