Solon home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Solon rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 12.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 159 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 182 homes sold in Solon in the second half of 2018.
