Glenwillow home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Glenwillow rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glenwillow in the second half of 2018.
