Orange home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Orange rose by $107,550 while total sales decreased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,450 - a 38.4% increase over the $279,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Orange in the second half of 2018.
