Warrensville Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Warrensville Heights rose by $10,950 while total sales increased by 57.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,700 - a 26.2% increase over the $41,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Warrensville Heights in the first half of 2018.
