Bedford Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Bedford Heights rose by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,250 - a 14.2% increase over the $96,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Bedford Heights in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
