Parma Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Parma Heights rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 149 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 164 homes sold in Parma Heights in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Parma Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,063, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
