Woodmere home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Woodmere fell by $47,400 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 24.1% decrease over the $196,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Woodmere in the first half of 2018, as well.
