Valley View home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Valley View rose by $74,288 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,288 - a 63% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Valley View in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
