Brecksville home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Brecksville rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 0.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $224,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Brecksville in the first half of 2018.
