Chagrin Falls home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Chagrin Falls fell by $15,100 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,900 - a 5.2% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Chagrin Falls in the first half of 2018.
