Solon home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Solon fell by $2,000 while total sales increased by 34.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 203 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $287,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 151 homes sold in Solon in the first half of 2018.
