Highland Hills home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Highland Hills rose by $17,550 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,550 - a 35.1% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Highland Hills in the second half of 2017.
