North Randall home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in North Randall fell by $1,002 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,400 - a 1.4% decrease over the $72,402 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Randall in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in North Randall for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
