Brooklyn Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Brooklyn Heights rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 10.1% increase over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Brooklyn Heights in the second half of 2017.
