Strongsville home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Strongsville rose by $16,100 while total sales decreased by 8.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 369 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $187,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 403 homes sold in Strongsville in the second half of 2017.
