Valley View home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Valley View fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 12.5% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Valley View in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
