Mayfield home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mayfield fell by $19,550 while total sales decreased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,450 - a 8.4% decrease over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Mayfield in the second half of 2017.
