Broadview Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Broadview Heights rose by $26,029 while total sales increased by 8.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $208,971 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Broadview Heights in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Broadview Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,060, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
