Moreland Hills home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Moreland Hills rose by $126,050 while total sales decreased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,500 - a 36.3% increase over the $347,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Moreland Hills in the second half of 2017.
