Garfield Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Garfield Heights rose by $10,250 while total sales increased by 34%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 359 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $44,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 268 homes sold in Garfield Heights in the first half of 2017.
