Highland Heights home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Highland Heights fell by $8,950 while total sales increased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,250 - a 3.5% decrease over the $254,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Highland Heights in the first half of 2017.
