North Randall home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Randall fell by $1,548 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,402 - a 2.1% decrease over the $73,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Randall in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in North Randall for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
