Bedford Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Bedford Heights rose by $23,633 while total sales increased by 51.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,300 - a 35.4% increase over the $66,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Bedford Heights in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
