Strongsville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Strongsville rose by $8,400 while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 403 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,900 - a 4.7% increase over the $179,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 371 homes sold in Strongsville in the second half of 2016.
