Bay Village home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Bay Village rose by $24,625 while total sales increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 180 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,625 - a 12% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 147 homes sold in Bay Village in the second half of 2016.
