Lemon Township home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lemon Township fell by $3,231 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $5,000 - a 39.3% decrease over the $8,231 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lemon Township in the second half of 2018.
