South Lebanon home prices unchanged in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in South Lebanon was unchanged while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000. There were 30 homes sold in South Lebanon in the second half of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $119,000.
